Survey on Redelivery The Owner and the Charterer shall share equally all expenses of the Off-hire Survey including loss of time, if any, at the daily equivalent rate of Hire or pro rata thereof. Whereas it is not possible to cover this subject in detail in a standard bareboat charter, the sub-clause at least serves to remind the parties of the problem and to try to implement some general provisions that take care of the matter in a bwrecon manner, such as suggested in the last paragraph of sub-clause 10 b.
